Leather Nova Review

I applied to review Leather Nova products because I used to be avidly into horses. I did horse shows and gymkhanas almost every weekend, so while I no longer have a horse, I still have all the tack and more tack on top of that in my daughter's size. And leather either dries out or gets moldy (depending on environment), so it always has to be maintained. Well, I've been slacking and when I say slacking I mean I've had a child's saddle sitting in my basement and then garage for 10 years collecting dust and mold. The thing with cleaning supplies like saddle soap is they dry up and wither away, so I WAS going to clean them a few years ago, but had nothing to clean them with. So I applied and was accepted to receive and review Leather Nova cleaning products.

Adovia Dead Sea Salt Deep Hair Conditioner Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I very rarely use conditioner, I'm totally lazy. I'll use it when I try to make an extra effort (a few times a year, lol), but that's about it. I applied to review the Adovia Dead Sea Salt Deep Hair Conditioner because my hair is just so blah. I'm sick of it being all static, completely flat, greasy appearing (I have the type of hair where is starts appearing greasy in less then 24hours of washing it), and/or frizzy looking, so I thought I'd give this conditioner a shot and see if it was worth me putting in that extra 3 minutes of effort, seriously beyond lazy when it comes to "beautifying."

Ideas For The Free Samples You Receive

If you're like me, which is quite possible, since you're reading this and following my page, you get freebies in the mail. Some of those freebies you either don't use, plan to give them to a friend, or won't use them for a while. Personally, I give most of my freebies away or keep them in my closet in case I run out of a normal size product and need something in a pinch.

Well, listed below are two other options for the free samples we receive.

1. You know those samples of tums, band-aids, medicines and other random stuff you get in the mail? Make a mini first aid kit for your car, it's cheap/free and it might come in handy. You could also pick up a few small things from Walmart, like hydro-cortisone cream (.88), tape, and gauze, on the cheap.

2. The other option, is to take the free sample packets of shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, and other hygiene related items, put them in a plastic baggy with a granola bar and keep it in your car or purse. The next time you see someone that's homeless or down on their luck, give it to them. It will give you a warm and fuzzy feeling and will probably make their day.
