Oh, Mimi, you are flippin' hilarious! I heart her, she writes the most thigh slapping, laugh out loud punch lines I have ever read. Just one example from Sun God Seeks...Surrogate: "He's not gay! He's not gay! Glory be thy name! And he just looked at my tatas!" I'm just in love with the way she writes, it's so down to Earth and modern. Her books are fast paced and leave you wanting more, why do they leave you wanting more? Because she ends them with the BIGGEST cliff hangers, when I finish one of her books I always end up yelling "OH, COME ON!"
SUN GOD SEEKS…SURROGATE? is another great book to add to Mimi's series. It's filled with sexual tension, strong willed females and stubborn ass males. GUH! Nick can be such an asshat. Penelope sticks with him through thick and thin, even a partial death, but Nick is all "I kind of think your an abomination, but I still want to do you..." I just want to slap that 70,000 year old boy. And the way it ends (because it doesn't), UGH! I just want to pull my hair out!
I most definitely recommend this series to any paranormal romance fans or anyone really, especially if you like hot sex scenes and almost hot sex scenes, oh and crazies, you gotta love crazies because Cimil is just the nut that tops the sundae
