This is a great sign up program, I've been a member for years. They'll send you an email about once a week with recipes and coupons, if you scroll to the very bottom of the email, sometimes you'll find a free sample offer, but you have to act fast because they're only available to the first 10,000. Pillsbury also gives away free calendars towards the end of the year.
