Once you have chosen your state and zip code, the total will decrease to $0.01. Shipping is FREE so all you will pay is $0.01! The boxes after that are $19.99 a month for well over $40.00 worth of Nail Polish and accessories and you have the chance of being sent a Gold box like Suburban Coupon Mom received in March or Passion Parties by Jennie in April.
