Then we were out twice this weekend and I was beyond hungry and hadn't brought anything with me to eat or snack on. One day I had a grilled chicken sandwich from McDonalds and the next day I had a flat bread chicken breast sandwich from Subway. I know I should've had a salad, but I was sooooo hungry.
My husband set up the Wii downstairs this weekend, but we really haven't been home enough to use it, so I haven't truly started exercising yet, so instead I've been making more effort doing the "little things" like taking the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator and parking further away in the parking lot, every step counts right?
I'm also getting better at drinking more water because I've been adding drink mix to it, like Crystal Light, which only has 10 calories per 32oz. It makes drinking that much liquid SO much more bearable.
I found a new dessert I liked, it's the Red Velvet Whoopie Pie...OMG, it's awesome! I was tentative towards trying it at first, but I ran out of chocolate desserts to eat and got "desperate" lol. I popped it in the microwave for 15 seconds and when I tried it, I'm pretty sure I moaned. It's filled with sweet cream cheese and the cake itself is moist and great tasting, which makes this one of my favorite desserts.
And now for the weight reveal, keep in mind I haven't exactly stayed strictly on my diet this week and haven't been exercising, so my weight loss isn't what I wanted it to be, but I still lost weight and that's just what I need to be doing losing weight whether it's slow or fast, I'll take it anyway I can lose it.
Above is my weight, I lost 1 lb this week, which brings me to a total of 9.8 lbs lost, SO close to that 10 lb mark, lol. My goal for next week is to dip below the 200 lb mark. If I stick to it I'm positive I can get there, wish me luck!
